Work ethic: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Work_ethic

Employer Ethic: hmm.. couldn't find an actual site for one... Image that.

You think it's because these self righteous asshole companies don't believe they should have one? I have 1 word for ya. UNION! And no I DO NOT mean the greedy rip off groups out there we have now. I have seen to many unions do more damage than good. They need to federalize a union for EVERY person that works. I'm talking fines, confiscation of company assets, The whole ball of wax if a company tries to refuse to let employees be part of this group. I'm not talking about charging $50 a month either. I mean a group that is free to be part of and has the power of the gov backing it to protect the working guy from the company that goes and fires you then turns around and tells the next guy "he quit" Companies that have in their manuals they will do things and never do. Companies that lie to customers (see the links page for thing you can do there.) Blame employees for THEIR skull fucked stupidity that backfires. The employee also has to earn his job. Not have it given to him/her. Unions now a days protect people that don't deserve it. I grant you the guy here making 100 parts a day should be given better than the guy making 10. But when a company tries to replace the 10 part guy for another 100 part guy. In jumps the union screwing it up for the company. (granted it would be the same if they tried to get rid of the 100 part guy.)

Then of course you have these <insert choice term here> people who are so stupid to think we need to abolish the minimum wage.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minimum_wage
What the hell do you dumb asses think it was made for???? To keep companies from making everyone slave labor out of our population...
"Statutory minimum wages were first proposed as a way to control the proliferation of sweat shops in manufacturing industries. The sweat shops employed large numbers of women and young workers, paying them what were considered to be substandard wages. The sweatshop owners were thought to have unfair bargaining power over their workers, and a minimum wage was proposed as a means to make them pay "fairly." Over time, the focus changed to helping people, especially families, become more self sufficient. Today, minimum wage laws cover workers in most low-paid fields of employment."

More to follow.
